even finding a member on a list to check off their name, or having a person write their name on a sign-in list takes time. Eliminate this by using a cell phone to scan a QR code given to the member on either a membership card or on the AGM agenda. A list of members in attendance will automatically be generated on your cell phone. Members don’t even have to print it, the QR code can be scanned from their cell phone screen.
